Shipments back up to speed

Not to get TOO technical, but Sapphire recently made some changes that required a new ROM for their cards.

After spending some time on this, we are back up and shipping these cards as new or used. Sorry for delay, we should be caught up with all shipments by Wednesday.

Hello, folks,
what's the matter with you? I bought the card on 16.8.2019 (Order No. 1183588303), made a complaint on 9.9., sent it to the UK shop in Nantwich on 4.10.2019 at your request and until today I haven't received an answer, let alone a replacement delivery, despite more and more questions.

What is wrong with you?

Is this your typical way of dealing with customers?

I would like to finally have a reaction and even more prefer a replacement delivery.

Hi guys, a few weeks ago I got your repaired card back. Thanks a lot.
Now I had time to install the returned card in my Mac Pro.
The DVI port works fine, all others (HDMI and DisplayPort) don't send any signal.

Do you have any hint for me?

I ordered a K5000 from this website.Unfortunately, it really is not the featured card I really wanted. Besides I feel like I was overcharged for it ($440.00). I tried to stop the shipment but got no response from the store. They shipped it anyway. So I have been trying to contact via email ever since to request return policy and procedures for a refund to get the card that want, but so far I haven’t got a single response. The card just arrived moments ago. I have not opened it at this point because I wish to return it. Please advise.

This is normal - I ordered an RX580 which was dead on arrival. Inspite of several emails from me, the responses I have had from MacVidCards have been poor - 'is it plugged in?', 'have you pulled everything else out of your computer'. When they finally said to send it back, I paid for the return courier costs from the other side of the world, then they refused to take delivery and sent it back...

If you are lucky enough to have paid through PayPal, keep receipts and anything else you have as proof to take it up with them... unfortunately it has been the only way!

Pity, as we have bought several cards for our business from them in the past.

If MacVidCards Europe keeps telling purchasers who have problems with purchases from MacVidCards, perhaps they should start advertising that fact. As a purchaser not from the US or from Europe, these sorts of comments do not add any polish to the customer service experience...

I got my card off a chap on ebay (uk), came with all the cables, instructions and what looks like a new card. Don't bother ordering from these guys directly just buy off ebay if you're in uk or europe.

I guess, Sapphire was just making a good decision so that everything can stay organized. If they are requiring for new ROM because they think it would be needed for future reference, then we should all follow it. I guess, we will never lose something if we want to stay with Sapphire. By the way, I know that there are still a lot of information connected with this that I need to know, that’s why I am already looking forward for the posts that you are about to make!

I have been having issues with my AMD RX580 Saphire card.
My screen glitches when I login, open apps, or if I drag a window.
I have been trying to get in touch via email but I get no responses.

I want to thank Valadimir for his solid help getting my AMD Sapphire Pulse RX580 8GB card flashed in less than 1 hour. I contacted the folks at MacVidCards via email and I drove the their location and handed them my new out of the box card. I turned around and started to drive home when he called me on my cell phone and said it was ready. I turned around and picked it up. I was impressed. The only down side was that I still have not received the power cable for it and have to wait for it to show up before I can evaluate my card. Still I am a happy camper so far. I will post an update once i get the card plugged in. Thanks again Valadimir!

Well my cable arrived on 12/19/19 and i have been running the AMD Sapphire Pulse RX580 8GB card they flashed since then. I have run in on High Sierra, Mojave and Catalina with not problems. I only unusual thing i have noticed is that when i go to shut down on High Sierra I don't get the spinning circle. For some reason I just get a small part of my screen towards the bottom right hand side showing what looks like sparkling / snow within that area. Other than that is works just fine.

This is normal. It's some macOS AMD driver issue.

I purchased two new flashed RX580 from you. One has proved defective. The screen freezes and sparkles after about 4 days of being on.

I’ve written via email twice and not received a reply. Very upsetting. Please contact me.
