100% of staff here has been down with the rather nasty Flu that has been working it's way around LA.

Shipments have restarted, and we will be updating inventory in a few days.

‪When are you going to respond to my emails?

It’s been ANOTHER 8 days this time!

1080Ti is faulty, proven time and time again, but you ignore my emails then when you do reply you ask a silly question I’ve already answered, is this just a delaying tactic or are you actually planning on dealing with customer complaints and issues?

DOA $900 card, not impressed!

It’s been 3 months.‬ get this sorted.

Bitcoin miners seem to be making a shortage of cards.
A friend of mind said prices are being jacked up by this.
Have you seen this?

Are you back up and running? I bought a GTX 1080 from you, which gives a blank screen on boot, and I suspect it was not flashed. I have been trying to contact you by email for a few weeks, with no response. Is anybody there?

I understand that. All business have been facing this kind of problem from time to time, that's why you don't have to be sorry for this delay. When your business deals with courier stuff, you need to be mindful of these things. I mean, problems like this should be normal because no matter how these courier services try not to have a problem with their transactions, there's always a high chance of problems to rise with this kind of business. What we can do is to deal with it as smooth as art can be.
