In the event that your graphics card is dead on arrival or develops some issue shortly after purchase feel free to send an email describing your issue. Provide as much detail as you can (Mac Pro Model, version of OSX, software being used, monitors being used, power supplies being used, etc.) to help with the trouble shooting process. In the event your item is not usable as is it can be returned to MacVidCards for a replacement or a refund.
Please provide a tracking number for the return shipment. Replacements can be cross-shipped on receipt of your tracking number. Refunds are sent on receipt of the return shipment and may take several days to process depending on your bank/method of payment.
